If client wants to bring item(s) to Brookline, MA workshop:
Price estimate is FREE OF CHARGE
Appointment times: 10AM to 4PM on Mondays through Fridays
Advance appointment is necessary. No walk-ins or drop-offs. If a client prospect does not show up and/or does not call within 24 hours in advance to cancel a scheduled workshop visit, we may not agree to reschedule.
If client wants an on-site home estimate visit:
We charge a $100 fee* for on-site visits within 30 minutes of our Brookline workshop. This fee covers price estimates for up to 3 items.
If a client lives between 30-60 minutes of our Brookline workshop (still within MA), our flat fee goes from $100 to $150. Not unlike the above note, this $150 fee covers price estimates for up to 3 items.

FURNITURE UPKEEP, AFTERCARE, AND TIPS:
For everyday dusting, a dry paper towel or soft cloth is sufficient. For post-meal cleanup, a damp wiping followed by dry wiping gets the job done! Our finishes have excellent water resistance, but it’s still best to wipe up spills as they occur. Mild soap and water are okay, too, as long as you dry wipe immediately.
For occasional cleaning, we use a spray-on product called Novus #1 Clean and Shine for Plastics, which doesn’t leave a greasy or waxy film. If used sparingly, Novus can be a decent cleaner and polish all in one. View this product here:
Never place hot dishes directly onto wooden furniture without protection! Beware of laptops and metal objects, as they scratch easily when slid.
If you use placemats and runners, avoid vinyl bottoms. Over time, it’s possible for them to chemically react with the finish, whereas regular linens are fine.
